There is a lot to love about this bronzer. Take the packaging as an example. The is a raised cartoon teddy bear on the front and that same cartoon teddy bear stamped into the bronzer on the inside. It also features a golden overspray on the eyes, nose, and heart shaped logo. Those little details are so cute and really make the theme stand out. As for the bronzer itself, the brand claims that it delivers a natural sun-kissed glow and that it is universally flattering. Plus, it is scented like honey graham crackers! Does it actually live up to the claims? In some senses, yes. This bronzer definitely provides a beautiful and natural glow to the skin. It adds warmth without looking too over the top. This bronzer is definitely ideal for those laid-back summer makeup looks. Easy to use with a gorgeous glowing finish. However, the idea that this is universally flattering seems like a bit of a stretch. There just isn't enough colour payoff for that to be true. The Bare It All Bronzer looks wonderful on my pale skin but I don't know how much of an impact it will really have on deeper skin tones. So definitely keep that in mind.
This summer makeup item has an awful lot going for it. The theme is adorable and the packaging is stellar. The product adds a nice healthy glow to the skin and is ideal for the summer season. Some drawbacks? The fact that this may not be as universally flattering as advertised. (It's hard to believe something so natural and sheer would do much of anything on deeper skin tones.) Also, the price. This bronzer was $40 CDN. So it definitely depends on how much you are willing to spend for a summertime product. Personally, this is something that I can see myself continuing to wear throughout the year since it is so well suited to my skin. It doesn't look too over the top but just adds a really wearable and healthy glow to the skin. Ideal for those everyday makeup looks! Ready to see this in action? Here is a recent makeup look that I created using the bronzer. It was applied all over the face and more heavily concentrated onto the cheeks. I also used the Bare It All Bronzer to blend out a shimmery eyeshadow shade. Take a look at the finished look and be sure to let me know what you think.
For another look at this bronzer, be sure to check out my latest YouTube video. It is a bronze summer makeup look that features an Essence eyeshadow palette and of course, the Too Faced Bare It All Bronzer in the shade Honey Bun Glow.
Yes if there are so many delicious food I want to try them all :D It was all so incredible. Thank you <3ReplyDelete
Great review =) This bronzer looks so cute and I like your make up look with it.
Thank you so much! It's definitely a cute bronzer!Delete
You look fab in the vid as always, Shannon:) And OMG! I need to get that Bonjour Montreal palette. Thanks for the heads up:) As for this bronzer, it does look great on you, but I don't like it when companies say something is universally flattering (as you pointed out). Like...that's literally impossible!ReplyDelete
It is SO GOOD. I keep reaching for it over and over again! And yessss...agree. It's the same as when companies say something is one-size-fits-all. That simply can't be true!Delete
That is just too cute and looks amazing :-DReplyDelete
Right?? It is so so cute!Delete
