Ahh...Too Faced. It is always a surprise to me when YouTube beauty gurus overlook (or downright trash) this brand. There is so much to love! Cute packaging. Fun themes. Impressive quality. Too Faced is without a doubt my favourite high-end makeup brand. The products always make me smile and also make it possible to pull together a wide array of fabulous looks. Speaking of Too Faced! Not too long ago, I was able to do a bit of discount shopping. (Memories. Now we are back in lockdown once again and those types of experiences are a thing of the past.) During that discount shopping trip, there were a couple of Too Faced items that caught my eye. One was the Too Faced Tutti Fruitti Sparkling Pineapple Eye Shadow Palette.

review: too faced tutti fruitti (sparkling pineapple palette)

we are all two faced.
I was given this set for Christmas, and have been using it constantly since then. This eyeshadow palette comes with three eyeshadow sets (15 eyeshadow shades in total), step-by-step instructions to create the perfect smokey eye, as well as Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eyelid Primer and a Too Faced eyeliner.
I am seriously obsessed with this makeup palette. Why? Here are my thoughts on Too Faced: The Return of Sexy Palette.
I didn't think anything would beat the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer. To my surprise, I love the Too Faced eyeshadow primer even more! This has quickly become my favourite. Using a small amount of the product keeps my makeup lasting - without budging - for the entire day. The texture of the product is silky and smooth. The perfect eyeshadow primer!

top 5 favourite too faced products
For the most part, my makeup purchases happen at the drugstore. My all-time favourite mascara is from Cover Girl, I normally use foundations from Rimmel, and my most-used concealer is from Hard Candy. Despite this, there are an awful lot of high-end products in my makeup collection....and plenty of them are from Too Faced. It is my brand of choice. Since there are so many wonderful Too Faced products on the marked (along with their limited edition holiday releases that always seem to dazzle), it was pretty difficult to come up with a top five list. Many items fell just short of those coveted spots. Without further ado, here are my top five favourite products from Too Faced.

too faced week (reviews, makeup looks, and more)
Too Faced is one of those brands you either love or you hate. Their glittery shadows and gimmicky packaging tends to be polarizing. Some people are obsessed with the whimsy and others are turned off by all of that glitz. As for me? I am completely and totally addicted to Too Faced products. The reason is simple: I love all things glitter. (You can check out a glitter theme week post here.) Add in cute packaging and fun makeup launches and Too Faced has it all.

review: too faced 20th anniversary collection
Too Faced is known for its bold packaging and fabulous themes. From the Peach palette to the Life's a Festival collection, there is always something wonderful to look at. More recently? The brand released their 20th anniversary collection. It featured several different products, including the Then & Now eyeshadow palette and a line of Metallic Sparkle Lipsticks. From the anniversary launch, I added both the palette and one of the glitter lipsticks to my makeup collection. Ready to see how they perform? Here is my full review of the Too Faced 20th Anniversary Collection.

too faced: christmas in the city (makeup collection + blush review)
When I was young...my Christmas list always felt so important. It wasn't necessarily the items on the list that were important, but the sense of hope, excitement, and holiday magic associated with them. Receiving exactly what I had asked for, what I had wished for, always felt like a blissful dream come true. It made me feel special and seen. Perhaps that is silly to admit, but whether it was a magazine with JTT on the cover, new clothes for my favourite doll, or a Barbie playset, unwrapping that one special gift was the highest high I could imagine as a child. Things have certainly shifted over the years! These days, I am thrilled to receive literally anything. I recognize how blessed I am that family members and friends have taken the time to treat me to something special. Though, I confess, there was one item on my untold wish list this year: the Christmas in the City Limited Edition Makeup Collection from Too Faced. Though the reviews on the collection were so-so, the collection called to me. I wanted it. A lot. But I didn't want to purchase it for myself, just in case someone had thought to gift it to me for Christmas. Lucky for me, someone did. Over the next few days, there will be a full review of each item included in the set.

review: too faced yummy gummy limited edition makeup set
Limited edition holiday releases tend to be whimsical. The latest limited edition makeup set from Too Faced certainly meets that criteria and then some. This brand is known for adorable packaging and this time...it is all about gummy bears. In the past, there have been peach scented products, cinnamon bear themed items, and everything in between. That is what I love about Too Faced: the brand seems to remember that the makeup should be fun. There are lots and lots of brands out there that focus on classic colours and understated packaging. Too Faced adds some much needed colour and theming to the mix. Ready to find out how the Yummy Gummy Limited Edition Makeup Set performs? See what is included? Here are all the details.

too faced christmas cookie house party collection (review part one)
Every year I wonder how they will do it. How will Too Faced top their holiday collection from the year before? It always seems impossible... and yet their latest release has managed to surpass last year's stellar Christmas Dreams collection. Shocking! At this point, I should probably expect the holiday collections to be excellent. Each year, Too Faced releases makeup that is festive, fun, ultra glittery and still warm and wearable. The limited edition Christmas Cookie House Party set includes a wide array of products with a fabulous theme and creative packaging. Want to take a peek inside? See what the set includes? This is part one of a two part product review. Find out what is included in this holiday release and how a handful of products perform.

review: too faced cinnamon bear holiday set
One thing that Too Faced does right? Holiday releases. Year after year, they raise the bar on adorable themes and wearable colours. At this point....it just doesn't feel like the Christmas season without this high-end brand. 2020 has been an interesting year, to say the least, but one thing remains constant: Too Faced rules the holiday makeup scene. They launched several new holiday sets, including the Foxy Neutrals and Unbearably Glam Makeup Set. The one that stole my heart? The Cinnamon Bear Limited Edition Collection. It includes an eyeshadow set with a blush, a liquid lipstick, and a themed makeup bag. Want to take a look inside? Find out how these products perform? Here is a full review of this oh-so-themed holiday release.

too faced enchanted wonderland collection (mini reviews)
Themed makeup is always hard to resist. Especially when that theme involves animals and glamour! The Too Faced Enchanted Wonderland holiday set had all of that and so much more. It included three separate mini palettes (with bejeweled animals on the front of each) and a mini mascara. Compact and cute...and wonderfully whimsical...the Enchanted Wonderland release was truly something special. Want to take a look inside? Find out how each of these items perform? 3 looks 3 palettes feat. too faced enchanted wonderland collection
Something making me happy at the moment? The Too Faced Enchanted Wonderland Collection. (In case you missed my review post...be sure to check it out here.) This holiday set included three mini palettes and a mini mascara. Even though lockdown is still fully underway where I live, makeup is still an important part of my routine. It allows me to express myself creatively and maintain some sense of normality. With that in mind, I've been creating lots of different looks with each of the holiday palettes. Want to see how some of them turned out? Here are three makeup looks using the three mini palettes included in the Enchanted Wonderland Collection from Too Faced.

too faced pretty rich eyeshadow palette (video + makeup look)
Makeup is always exciting. Discounted makeup? Even better. It was several months ago now...but a while back, a very brief visit to Winners took place. (This is essentially a discount store, similar to something like Marshalls or TJ Maxx.) During that time, there was some holiday shopping for loved ones...and a little for myself. It wasn't my fault! I stumbled upon a Too Faced palette for a mere $20. And well, Too Faced is my favourite high-end makeup brand. The Pretty Rich palette caught my eye because of the price, the brand, and the lovely pink packaging. It wasn't a release that I remembered seeing at Sephora, so I must've missed it at the time. Thanks to this mini shopping session, I was able to check out the Pretty Rich Diamond Light Eyeshadow Palette for myself. Here is everything you need to know about this Too Faced eyeshadow palette.

too faced review (gingerbread bronzed and kissed)
When it comes to holiday makeup, Too Faced is the absolute best. Few brands even come close to competing with the glitz, glitter, and festive feels. Last year, I fell head over heels for their Christmas Dreams holiday set. This year? I've been testing and trying their latest seasonal items. First up in this little review series is the Gingerbread Bronzed & Kissed. This bronzer and lipstick set includes a makeup bag, bronzer, and lipstick...all themed around gingerbread. Makeup and gingerbread? Sign me up. Gingerbread is one of my all-time favourite things about the holiday season. So anything gingerbread themed and scented is totally up my alley. Want to know how this set performs? Wondering if this set is worth splurging on this holiday season? Here is everything you need to know.

review: too faced joy to the girls palette
Ahh, it's that time of year again. Yes, the snow is falling outside...and the shops are full of holiday makeup palettes! If you're a makeup fanatic like I am, then there truly is nothing better than the holiday season. This is the perfect time to get some seriously amazing deals on some gorgeous limited edition sets. Plus, you can find some fabulous gifts for some of your fellow makeup lovers!
Each year, I like to splurge and buy one holiday makeup set. This year, I picked up the Too Faced Eyeshadow Palette: Joy To The Girls. I don't have a ton of stuff from Too Faced in my makeup collection, but what I have, I absolutely love. When I came across this eyeshadow palette in Sephora, I instantly fell in love with it. The colours were totally up my alley! Even better? The packaging was super cute and festive.
Ready to take a closer look? Here is the inside of the palette. It comes with fifteen eyeshadow shades, one full-sized mascara, and three makeup tutorials along the side.
Overall, I am a major fan of this holiday palette. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close! I am addicted to so many of these gorgeous eyeshadow shades. It is no wonder I keep reaching for it day after day!
Have you tried this Too Faced Eyeshadow Palette? What did you think of it?
