She has eight scents in total...each with its own unique bottle and theme. There were a couple in my own personal perfume collection already. I miss the days when celebrity perfumes were absolutely everywhere. This is because I love, love, love perfume and have an endless fascination with celebrity culture. My perfume shelf is overloaded with perfumes of all varieties, but the ones that I use most often come from celebrities like Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton, and Taylor Swift. Since fragrances are an essential part of my day to day life, loved ones are often thoughtful enough to gift me bottles of perfume. That is what happened with the Ariana Grande LOVENOTES perfume. This collection from Ariana Grande is a bit unusual, because there are different versions available in different parts of the world. For instance, LOVENOTES has Vanilla Suede in the UK, Angels Kiss in Germany, Pink Woods in North America, and Pressed Petals in Australia. On one hand, this is a fun idea that makes each release unique to the area. On the other hand, my collection of Ariana Grande perfumes will be incomplete unless I choose to do a little online shopping. I am curious to know how the other scents compare to the one available in North America, but alas, this is not something that I can know for certain at this point. Cloud is described as an "uplifting scent that imbues a thoughtful, artistic expression of positivity and happiness." That is one really long way of saying this scent is bright and sweet! Before the holidays, I tested out this particular perfume and instantly fell in love with the bottle and fragrance. Though I immediately loved it, the price was as bit steep. So I was extremely grateful to be given a bottle of Cloud for Christmas. It is hard to believe that August is almost over. This summer has certainly been an interesting one. There have been some ups, some downs, and some memorable moments mixed in as well. The hardest part of taking a vacation? Getting caught up on life afterward. I am doing my best, but it is certainly a bit of an adjustment. Fingers crossed I will be able to ease back into things in the next day or so. Until then...I wanted to talk a little bit about some makeup that I have been using recently. It was back in May that my mom and I took a short day trip over the border to do a little shopping. During that time, we were able to stop in at Ulta Beauty. It was there that I was able to take a peek at some r.e.m. beauty products. I'd heard quite a bit about the brand, since I am a fan of Ariana Grande, but since the products were not available to purchase in Canada, it wasn't a brand that I anticipated being able to use. Since there was a small display at the Ulta Beauty store we visited, it made sense to choose something special. I am an eyeshadow lover, so of course, it had to be an eyeshadow palette.
