current favourites (accessories, perfume, skin care, and more)

It is time for a current favourites post. Sometimes, it is nice to focus on the little things that make life feel more beautiful. There have been all sorts of items that I have been for enjoying and reaching for lately...from accessories to perfumes to action figures and so much more. Here is a closer look at some recent favourites that have been making my days brighter. 

Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom: Mera Action Figure. Despite not being that into superhero movies, the Aquaman movies have a special place in my heart, because they star Amber Heard. (Read the Open Letter in support of Amber here.) I have started to collect various Mera merchandise over the last several years, including action figures, Funko Pops, comic books, and even a plush version of Mera. When I found this FondJoy action figure from The Lost Kingdom movie, it was something that I purchased without much thought. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the action figure is easily my favourite of all the Mera related items that I own. I love the box with the photo of Amber, I love the details on the action figure, the stand, and all of the little accessories. This is so much fun. Even though I am not necessarily a superhero kind of person, the character of Mera is strong, courageous, and outspoken. Definitely someone worth admiring, much like the actress who brought her to life. 

Mickey Mouse Inspired Ring. This next item is something that my husband gifted me before we went on our Walt Disney World vacation. I am not great at wearing my wedding ring, because I am always afraid that I will knock it on something or lose one of the stones. The last thing I would want to do is ruin something so special. So, my husband bought me a Disney themed ring to wear around the house instead. I absolutely love the ring. There is a gold Mickey Mouse shape in the center and there are shooting stars on the side. This is comfortable to wear and I don't have to worry about losing a diamond or anything else. 

Jimmy Choo Perfumed Body Lotion and Ariana Grande Cloud Pink. When it comes to scents, there are always so many to enjoy. I love perfumes of all kinds. Lately, the ones that have been high on my list of loves are the I Want Choo Perfumed Body Lotion from Jimmy Choo and Cloud Pink from Ariana Grande. The body lotion has a nice uplifting scent where Cloud Pink is sweet and warm. Both are wonderful individually, but lately, I have been applying the lotion and then layering on Cloud Pink as well.

Maskeraide Nourishing Milky Essence and Olivia Rodrigo Bracelets. The last items on this current favourites list include a skin care item and a set of bracelets. The Maskeraide Nourishing Milky Essence is lavender scented and I am obsessed. This smells so good, is easy to use, and make my skin feel ultra pampered. As for the Olivia Rodrigo bracelets (that spell out Bloodsucker and Vampire) these have been around for quite some time. I bought them at Hot Topic when Guts was released, but have been wearing them more often lately. I love Olivia Rodrigo and I love being able to wear these themed accessories.
