Start off by moisturizing your face before using a small stipple brush to apply your foundation. For this look, you can either opt for a foundation that is a shade lighter than your natural complexion or you can use Halloween makeup to get that doll-like look.

Once your foundation has been applied, start with the eyes. Grab a few bold eyeshadow shades from your makeup collection. A bright blue or green is perfect.
