does it work?? electronic makeup brush cleaner

One of my least favourite tasks? Cleaning my makeup brushes. It is a lengthy and tedious process, but one that needs to be done. Knowing that I am a makeup lover, my sister gifted me an electric makeup brush cleaner for Christmas. It was immediately intriguing, because anything that makes cleaning my brushes faster and easier is thrilling. So...does it work??

The electronic makeup brush cleaner does not come with any brand information, so I am not totally sure who sells this. I found something similar after looking on Amazon, so it is definitely possible to find a brush cleaner in the same style. As for this particular brush cleaner? It is incredible. I was unsure whether it would actually work but wow. It really did. This comes with a user manual, cleaner, spindle, bowl, base, and collars. Basically, the spindle goes into the cleaner handle and the collars are rubbery pieces that hold onto the different makeup brushes. There are a bunch of different sizes so it is possible to clean a lot of brushes. (Though there are a couple of brushes in my collection that do not fit any of the collars and much be washed by hand.) To use this, the bowl is partially filled with brush cleaner, the collar with the brush is attached to the spindle, and it is placed into the bowl. The electronic handle essentially spins the brush around in the cleaner to remove all of the makeup. It is then pulled out the cleaner and spins for a few extra seconds in the bowl to remove the remaining liquid from the brush.

This electronic makeup brush cleaner is a total dream. It is so fast and effective. I was really not sure what to expect when I read through the instructions, but the brushes are cleaned and dried really quickly and without much effort. I was able to clean all of my brushes in a fraction of the time that it usually takes. The only downside is that a couple of my Real Techniques face brushes had handles that were too small for some of the larger collars and too big for the medium and small ones. However, 95% of my brushes can be cleaned using this electronic makeup brush cleaner set. So...does it work?? Absolutely. This electronic makeup brush cleaner is a total game changer and has made a laborious task a whole lot easier.
