With parties, award ceremonies, and galas galore, there has been an abundance of amazing fashion lately! Here are a few of my favourite recent examples.

Selena Gomez continues to prove herself as a red carpet fasionista with this beautiful look. The metallic bodice and whimsical, fluttery skirt look amazing together. She manages to look both sexy and sweet. With no accessories and a nude pair of heels, she really lets the outfit speak for itself.

Emmy Rossum wows with a gorgeous tangerine lip colour, and this blue one-shouldered dress. Her dark blue clutch perfectly accents the bright colours. The dress is both flowy and flattering. What initially struck me about this red carpet look, was how perfectly that lip colour looked with her dress. This is truly an example of getting it right!

At the premiere of The Lorax, Taylor Swift brought her signature brand of sweet, playful fashion to the red carpet. I love the soft pink colour of the dress, as well as the shape and length of the skirt. She looks so sweet and pretty! What also really struck me about this dress, is the neckline! It is so unique and different - and perfect to promote a Dr Seuss movie!

Lily Collins has quickly become one of my favourite actresses. Not only is she beautiful and talented, but she has the best fashion sense! I love everything about this outfit. The skirt is absolutely beautiful for starters. The colour, the ruffles, everything! The leather jacket dresses down the look, while keeping it polished and pretty. In a dream world, I would look exactly like this!

At twenty-three years old, Elizabeth Olsen showcases a stunning maturity in this breathtaking navy jacket. I love the bold collar, as well as the beautiful details. Her makeup also looks beautiful and elegant. That berry lip suits this look perfectly. Elizabeth embodies sophistication with this look!

Lastly, is my favourite gown from the Academy Awards this year. Michelle Williams completely hit it out of the park! The bold, beautiful colour of the gown perfectly compliments her skin tone. What I love most about this dress, are the exquisite details. From the bodice down to the train, every inch is perfectly crafted. The shape of the dress looks truly incredible on Michelle. She was by far the best dressed of the night, in my opinion!
