Easter is one of my favourite holidays. Truth be told, all holidays make me smile, but the idea of new beginnings makes this time of year especially meaningful. Sometimes, a fresh start is needed. Sometimes, a little extra hope is needed. That is what Easter represents to me: a fresh start and hope for a better tomorrow. Maybe you are looking forward to sunshine and spring flowers or maybe you need a chocolate bunny to make life feel more beautiful. As you can see, these Easter themed photos highlight some of my favourite seasonal decor items (signs, tea towels, stuffed animals, and lots of little Easter chicks) and some holiday movies. I absolutely love holiday movies, but my collection of Easter movies is fairly modest. This year, my husband surprised me with some nostalgic Easter cartoons, which was such a thrill. Out of the ones shown, Yogi The Easter Bear is easily my favourite. I have watched it far too many times in recent weeks. Between the home decor items, themed Kinder chocolate, and cartoons, there has been a lot making the Easter holiday feel special.
