Skin care is always important....but during the summer months, it is far easier for me to slack on my routine. When it is cold outside? I always remember to moisturize and hydrate. When it is warm? It takes a little bit of reminding. Even though my skin needs to be moisturized year-round, it is oh-so-easy to neglect self-care when summer rolls around. Thankfully, there are a couple of no brainer products that continue to impress. Today, it is time to take a closer look at some current skin care favourites from Clinique. These items are from the Moisture Surge line, including the moisturizer and face spray.
Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator. The first item in this skin care favourites post is the Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator. I have used this moisturizer many times and it works really well. This is described as an oil-free gel-cream that lasts for 100 hours. It doesn't feel like it lasts for 100 hours, but I suppose it must continue to work in some way. Essentially, this is a refreshing moisturizer that feels nice and cooling on the skin (making it ideal for the summer months). This Clinique product absorbs into the skin quickly and feels ultra hydrating. Though I have another moisturizer that I love to apply before foundation (St Ives Timeless Skin)...this is the best moisturizer to wake my skin up in the morning.
Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray. When it comes to quick and easy...there is no better product than the Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray. It previously made my skin care favourites list and it is back again. This is a must all year round but is especially useful in the summer months. My home can get pretty hot when the temperatures climb, so this face spray serves two purposes: it cools me down and moisturizes my skin. Just a spritz or two and immediately, my skin feels better and my mood is boosted. Since my skin is on the dry side, it is nice to have a really easy and effective product that can assist with that.
