it’s true what you heard, i'm a freak, i’m disturbed.


Sometimes you hear a song for the first time, and know instantly that you love it.

This is how I felt the first time I heard Christina Aguilera's first single from her new album, Lotus. Your Body is catchy, fun, and bold - just like Christina! I bought her album the day it came out and have been listening to it non-stop since.

If Your Body wasn't already amazing enough, the video totally pushes it over the edge. It is filled with charm and charisma - and a ton of different looks! She takes retro styling to the extreme. From the lashes to the lip liner, Christina's dramatic style shines.

I love the use of colour and the way things that shouldn't work together somehow perfectly showcase her personality. I hope I can channel my inner Christina and fearlessly play with colour and vintage styles.

    I love Christina, and have always been a fan of her makeup :) You should do a tutorial for the second picture! I really like her new music, but my favourite song atm is Savior by Rise Against. xxx

    Wow, the different styles in that video are amazing! It might not be my favorite Christina Aguilera song, but I've loved her style for some time already. I guess my favorite song from her is Candy Man, just because of its nostalgic video!
    Right now I'm crazy about Adele's Skyfall and Alicia Keys' Girl on Fire.
