the happiest place on earth.

It was hard to come home. From Disney World, that is. When they call it "the happiest place on earth," they really are not exaggerating. Disney is literally my favourite place in the entire world. I grew up in a Disney household....which is why I was pretty adamant that my hubby and I had to go to Disney World on our honeymoon. Thankfully we did! And it was absolutely wonderful. Hotter than anything but still a ton of fun. We went to all of the different parks, enjoyed tons of rides, ate a lot, and tried to see as much as humanly possible. It was everything I hoped our honeymoon would be.

There were plenty of standout moments. Like riding Rock n' Rollercoaster together (my husband is not a ride person so this was super exciting and unexpected), meeting Mickey Mouse, eating at the Be Our Guest restaurant, and buying moonshine from Epcot. Wherever we went, we did our best to have a good time. It was a much needed break from reality. Even though we spent a lot and ate a ton, it was all worth it. The experience is one I will remember for the rest of my life.

Now that I am back home, I am still trying to get caught up on everything. My writing, my blogging, my YouTube channel, and of course, unpacking. Life has definitely been non-stop lately. Which is why I wanted to take this time to look back at our getaway. These are a few of my favourite pictures from the trip....

I love Disney a lot. I also love being married to my amazing husband. Which is why our honeymoon was so much fun. I hope we will be able to go back there some day. Fingers crossed! Until then....at least we have the memories!
