There is something special about perfume. The right scent can make the world feel a little more manageable - and can deliver an added boost of confidence. There are all sorts of perfumes, body mists, room sprays, and other wonderful scents in my home. The latest addition comes from Kylie Jenner. Cosmic 2.0 (the sequel to the
original Cosmic perfume from Kylie Jenner) is a recent birthday gift from my parents. Find out more about Cosmic 2.0 and how it compares to the original release.
Cosmic 2.0 has a unique design, with a rounded cap and a sculptural bottle. It is curved and silver. The design is the same as the original Cosmic, but this time around, instead of a silver cap and clear bottle, it is all silver. The two bottles look wonderful next to each other on my perfume shelf, because there are enough similarities and differences. According to the brand,
Cosmic 2.0 is the second fragrance in the cosmic universe. It is described as a floral amber scent that "envelops you in fresh, bright, and sweet notes grounded in a warm amber base." The opening notes are pear accord and pink pepper essence, the heart notes are vanilla orchid accord and lavender essence, and the base notes are amber accord and sandalwood accord.
Since my perfume preference lately has been warm scents with vanilla and
amber, it makes sense that Cosmic 2.0 has been in heavy rotation over the last few weeks. This is warm and grounded, but still feels light and fresh. It is comforting and uplifting, all at the same time. This perfume is sophisticated, but still suitable to daytime wear. The main difference between Cosmic and Cosmic 2.0 is that the second scent is a bit brighter while the original is little more rich. Both of the scents are fabulous. It is impossible to choose a favourite between the two, because each one has something special and unique to offer. Clearly, there is a lot to love about the Kylie Jenner perfumes in the cosmic universe. Cosmic and Cosmic 2.0 are beautiful perfumes.
