review and reveal: charmed aroma aladdin candle

Though the Charmed Aroma store in my area closed last year, every now and then, someone orders me something from the brand online. For Valentine's Day, a loved one gifted me the Aladdin Genie Lamp Jewelry Candle. It was very exciting to receive because I love candles, jewellery, and Disney movies. It really checked all of the boxes. Ready to learn more about this Aladdin inspired candle? Find out about the candle scent and what was inside? Keep reading for a Charmed Aroma review and reveal.  

Okay, first thing is first. Wow. The candle design is stunning! This is such a beautiful replica of the Genie map from the classic Disney movie. It looks like something that I would purchase on a Walt Disney World vacation. It is such a beautiful item. It is sturdy and has lots of intricate design details. This is something that can be displayed after the candle is all used. Since I have all sorts of Disney odds and ends in my home...this will be a wonderful addition. I adore the design and attention to detail. 

According to the brand, the candle comes in "the enchanting scent of Moroccan amber, shimmering bergamot, and warm vanilla woods." This Aladdin inspired Charmed Aroma candle is so warm and inviting. The scent isn't too strong, like some other candles that I have used in the past, but it still makes the room smell fabulous. I love the candle design, the fact that the Genie lamp can be used as a decor piece afterwards, and the candle scent itself. Now for what was inside the candle. All Charmed Aroma candles have a piece of jewellery tucked away inside that reveals as the candle burns. For this particular candle, there were five possible options. All of them were Genie lamp inspired, of course, but some had clouds, and different Aladdin inspired details. I had been burning the candle and then needed to leave the house to handle some of the medical related stuff that I mentioned in my last post. I quickly blew out the candle, pulled out the foil packet, and left the house. It was later that night that my husband reminded me that I had not opened my Charmed Aroma necklace. He held the foil packet in his hand and said, "What design are you hoping it will be?" I said that I wanted the classic Genie lamp. Even though all of the other designs were beautiful, it was that classic lamp that caught my attention. So, I crossed my fingers while he revealed it.

Hooray! Even though all of the Charmed Aroma designs are beautiful, it was especially nice to see the design that I wanted most inside of that foil packet. I love how sparkly it is, the size, and the little rose gold details. It is just a beautiful necklace that will pair well with all of my Aladdin t-shirts. (I have a cute Genie shirt that this would look perfect with. Ahh, the life of a Disney lover.) As for the Charmed Aroma appraisal value, this claims to be worth $80. As always, the actual value of these pieces is debatable, but it is always fun to see what the brand claims the value to be. Though there have been all sorts of Charmed Aroma candles in my home over the years, this is one of my favourites. I love the Genie lamp and the beautiful necklace.
