holiday scent collection (fragrance mists and body sprays)

There is a lot to love about the holiday season...scents included. During this time of year, there are all sorts of seasonal candles and essential oil blends making my home smell fabulous. However, there are also fragrance mists and body sprays regularly thrown into the mix. (I have made a promise not to purchase more for the next little while, since there is a nice assortment.) Sometimes, these are used as room sprays, and other times, as a festive perfume. Here is a closer look at my collection.

Aeropostale Body Mist Sets. There are two different body mist sets from Aeropostale in my holiday scent collection: Frozen Fantasies and Winter Wonders. These are without a doubt my favourites in my collection, because the scents are amazing and the bottles are cute and themed. Since I love all things Christmas, these scents are used throughout the year. My absolute favourite is Cashmere Mittens, but the other most used body mists from these sets are Golden Gingerbread, Frosted Cookie, and Pink Peppermint. I like to choose one of the scents based on my mood and spritz a little holiday happiness.

Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, and Pink. In addition to the Aeropostale body mists, there are also a few larger bottles of holiday scents in my collection. The first is Peppermint Bark Truffle from Bath and Body Works (which was mentioned in my last post). It is the latest addition and it smells so good. Essentially, it smells like a minty chocolate cake. It is amazing. The second bottle shown is Frost Melt from Victoria's Secret. This is mint and chocolate and it smells fantastic. This is more mint than chocolate, where Peppermint Bark Truffle is more chocolate than mint. Clearly, any combination of the two is a winner in my book. The last holiday scent shown is Warm Cookie from Pink. This is something that I reach for regularly. It is warm, wearable, and smells incredible. You just can't go wrong with fragrances that smell like mint, chocolate, or cookies.

Mini Seasonal Bottles. Now for the last two holiday scents in this collection post. The first is Balsam Fir from Simple Pleasures. I am not normally a huge fan of tree or outdoor scents (and clearly tend to prefer food inspired scents) but this spray is really nicely balanced. It brings the outside in, but the scent isn't too overwhelming. It is a nice way to mix things up every now and then. The last bottle shown is a mini fragrance mist from Bath and Body Works. The scent? Hot Cocoa and Cream. This is so chocolatey and warm...it makes the holiday season feel cozy. It is nice to have an assortment of different holiday scents.

Do you have any holiday scents in your collection? What kind of scents do you like most at this time of year?
