2 looks 1 palette: hershey's milk chocolate eyeshadow palette

As far as I am concerned, chocolate is an essential. I have always had a sweet tooth, but chocolate is my main weakness. When my husband and I visited Niagara Falls last month, we walked around, looked at the amazing views, and visited the Hershey's Chocolate World store. There are all sorts of wonderful shops and restaurants in Niagara Falls, but it is the cookie sandwich at the Hershey's store that thrills me most. In addition to checking out the bakery section, we looked at the different merchandise available. There were t-shirts, pillows, shorts, and giant bars of chocolate. However, it was the Hershey's Milk Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette that was most irresistible. Keep reading for a 2 looks 1 palette post and a mini review of this palette.

The eyeshadow palette has twelve different shadows in a variety of colours. Of course, there are some warm chocolate browns and metallic shades, but there are also some pinks, blues, and greens included. Most of the shadows are shimmers, but there is one matte brown in a classic chocolate bar colour. The variety of colours is unexpected and fun - and I love the theme. The outside of the palette looks like a partially unwrapped chocolate bar. The inside has a mirror and that chocolate bar print. As for the eyeshadow names? Perfection. Some examples are: Chocolate Is Vital, Hershey's State of Mind, and For Love And Chocolate. When it comes to the Hershey's Milk Chocolate Eyeshadow Palette, the colour story and the theme is impressive. The overall quality of the eyeshadow palette is surprisingly decent. This cost $18.99 CDN and most of the eyeshadows perform well. The matte shade requires more building than the shimmers, but it is possible to create some really beautiful looks.

Look #1: Warm Chocolate Brown. Since this is a Hershey's themed eyeshadow palette, the first look focused on warm brown shades. The shimmers, A Sweet Treat To Eat and Hershey's State of Mind were applied on the lid and then it was all blended out with the matte brown, The Great American Chocolate Bar. The warm colours created something chocolate inspired.

Look #2: Soft Hints of Colour. The second look in this 2 looks 1 palette post incorporated some of the more colourful shades in this eyeshadow palette. The soft pink shimmer, Hershey's Makes Everything Better was applied on the inner portion of the eyelid, with the coral coloured shade, Always Hershey's, applied on the rest of the eyelid. The two colours look fabulous together and create a soft but colourful look. A little bit of the matte brown shadow was applied along the lower lash line.

  6. This is a beautiful make up look on you. I'm a bit fan of earthy tones in make up, and this chocolate palette looks amazing. So well pigmented and simply gorgeous shades. I don't do make up often enough to justify buying any palette to myself, but if I did, I think I would buy this one.
