I used to t...I completely understand what you mean! I used to teach at the gym about 5-6 times a week so my fitness regimen was pretty extreme. I still teach a few classes but I've slowed down.<br /><br />Running though is still the hardest for me. I do bikram yoga everyday.....good for you darling..<br />I do bikram yoga everyday...its hot yoga 1:30 yoga class in about 110 degrees it takes a lot of determination and will power and i always feel great after words.
